Questions

Who I Work With

I provide psychoeducational evaluations for children, adolescents, and adults.

Accommodations Available Following an Evaluation

A psychoeducational evaluation can provide the necessary documentation to access accommodations in various settings, including:

  • Public Schools – Eligibility for a 504 Plan or Individualized Education Program (IEP)

  • Private Schools – Academic support and individualized accommodations

  • Colleges & Universities – Adjustments such as extended time on exams, note-taking assistance, and alternative testing environments

  • Graduate & Professional Schools – Support for students in law school, medical school, and other advanced degree programs

  • Standardized Exams – Accommodations for the SAT, ACT, GRE, LSAT, MCAT, BAR exam, and more

Availability & Timeline

I strive to keep my waitlist within two to three weeks and typically provide evaluation results within two weeks after testing is completed. I am available for evaluations in the evenings and on weekends to accommodate varying schedules.

Insurance & Payment

I do not accept insurance directly; however, I can provide the necessary codes for out-of-network reimbursement, allowing you to submit a claim to your insurance provider. The price of an evaluation is $2,000.

Evaluation Process

  • Initial Consultation (90 minutes) – We discuss concerns, gather background information, and review how a psychoeducational evaluation may be beneficial. If an evaluation is recommended, you can schedule testing appointments at your convenience.

  • Testing Sessions – Assessments are scheduled based on individual needs and availability. Testing sessions may be broken up into two sessions and can take up to four hours if needed.

  • Results & Personalized Plan – Following the evaluation, you will receive a comprehensive report with tailored intervention recommendations. We will meet to go over the results, discuss the findings, address any questions, and review recommendations.

If you are ready to move forward with an evaluation, you can schedule an appointment. Let’s take the first step toward gaining the clarity and support you or your child need!
